THOMAS SUTRICH

Sports has always been part of my life. As a former competitive athlete, I was allowed to attend the Liese Prokop private school for competitive athletes. During this time, daily and intensive training was on the daily schedule.

The enthusiasm in fitness and conditioning training was awakened at an early age. Seeing how the body can change always fascinates me.

With joy, I see the satisfaction of my clients when not only their body, but also their well-being and performance change positively. 

Mental strength is trained as well as the body. You feel the changes not only physically, but also mentally. Balance and stress management play a greater role than ever in the demanding everyday life.

Apart from my completed sport and English studies, I also have the diploma education to the Functional Master Strength Trainer and the certified Functional Nutrition Coach. In addition, I have attended various continuing education courses. This theoretical know-how, coupled with my many years of experience as a personal trainer, makes the coaching not only scientifically sound, but also efficient.

Exclusivity and private atmosphere at the training is given due to my gym cooperation at Hotel SO/Vienna in 1020 Wien .
