Plane deine Trainings wie deine Meetings und Termine! Warum?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Warum ist es wichtig, die Trainingstage zumindest eine Woche vorher zu planen? Es gibt einige Punkte, die hier von Vorteil sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verbindlichkeit<\/li><li>Trainingsausf\u00e4lle werden minimiert<\/li><li>Konstanz und Regelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit<\/li><li>Langfristiger Erfolg im Training<\/li><li>Gewohnheiten bestimmen unser Leben<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verbindlichkeit und Wert f\u00fcr dein Training erkennen!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du deine Trainingstage vorab planst und fix in deinem <strong>Kalender<\/strong> verankerst, besteht eine gewisse Verbindlichkeit. <strong>Du planst deine Meetings, Termine und Gesch\u00e4ftsessen.<\/strong> Beim <strong>Training<\/strong> geht es zwar um deine &#8222;Freizeit&#8220;, jedoch ist dies <strong>wertvoll investierte Zeit<\/strong> in deine Gesundheit und deinen mentalen Ausgleich zum stressigen (Berufs)Alltag. Blocke dir deine Trainingstage im Kalender. Benenne sie vielleicht mit: <strong>Termin zur Leistungssteigerung oder Termin zur mentalen Auszeit um dir den Wert dieser Zeit vor Augen zu f\u00fchren!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trainingsausf\u00e4lle?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt <strong>immer Gr\u00fcnde<\/strong> um ein Training ausfallen zu lassen. M\u00fcdigkeit, Gem\u00fctlichkeit und viele weitere. Wir kennen sie alle. Um jedoch langfristig Erfolg zu haben, musst du dir die Wichtigkeit der Konstanz vor Augen f\u00fchren. Du l\u00e4sst auch <strong>nicht jedes 2. Meeting ausfallen<\/strong>. Also vernachl\u00e4ssige auch nicht deine Gesundheit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konstanz. Der Schl\u00fcssel zum Erfolg.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du konstant trainierst, dich gesund ern\u00e4hrst und auf deine mentale Gesundheit achtest, wird sich dein Leben positiv ver\u00e4ndern. Nicht nur im Job, sondern auch im Alltag. Plane (oder lasse sie dir von mir planen) deine Trainingstage abgestimmt auf deinen Alltag. Unrealistische Trainingseinheiten sind zum Scheitern verurteilt. Es muss <strong>genau in deinen Zeitplan passen<\/strong>, um es auch wirklich langfristig integrieren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Langfristig denken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine vollwertige Trainingswoche wird dir logischerweise nicht den gew\u00fcnschten Erfolg bringen. Denke langfristig und nimm dir (wie bei meinem Concept45) mal 45 Tage Zeit. Danach wird es zu einer gewissen Gewohnheit gekommen sein. Eine <strong>genaue Zielsetzung erleichtert<\/strong> nat\u00fcrlich langfristiges Denken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gewohnheiten bestimmen unser Leben. Nutze sie!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie du wei\u00dft bestimmen Gewohnheiten unser Leben. Um <strong>Gewohnheiten umzustellen<\/strong> bedarf es Zeit. Zeit und Wiederholungen. Beispiel: Eine normale Gewohnheit ist der morgendliche Gang in dein Badezimmer zum Z\u00e4hne putzen. Du denkst keine Sekunde dar\u00fcber nach ob du dir die Z\u00e4hne putzen sollst oder nicht. Es ist <strong>automatisiert<\/strong>. Genauso verh\u00e4lt es sich auch mit deiner Planung. Du musst es schaffen, diese Gewohnheit zu automatisieren. Sodass du nicht mehr dar\u00fcber nachdenken musst, ob du planen sollst oder nicht. <strong>Du tust es einfach.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Danke&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>f\u00fcr deine Aufmerksamkeit und deine Zeit.
