Fehlanzeige. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Den Schlaf untersch\u00e4tzen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Man arbeitet bis lang in die Nacht oder kann einfach nicht einschlafen und ist am n\u00e4chsten Morgen ger\u00e4dert. Der Morgen beginnt meist stressig und die Stressspirale beginnt. Auf Dauer ein Horrorszenario f\u00fcr den K\u00f6rper. Man untersch\u00e4tzt leider wie enorm wichtig guter Schlaf ist. Man untersch\u00e4tzt ebenfalls, dass ausreichend und qualitativ hochwertiger Schlaf ein wertvoller Leistungsbooster sein kann und auch ist. Nutze deine Schlafphasen, um deine Leistung zu steigern. Untenstehend ein paar Tipps f\u00fcr einen besseren Schlaf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Digitale Ger\u00e4te<\/strong><br>Am besten w\u00e4re es, wenn du deine digitalen Ger\u00e4te zumindest eine Stunde vor dem zu Bett gehen ausschaltest. Alternativ kannst du sie auch auf Flugmodus oder in den &#8222;nicht st\u00f6ren&#8220; Modus versetzen. <br>Solltest du dennoch einiges zu erledigen haben, dann aktiviere den Blaulichtfilter auf deinem Ger\u00e4t.<\/li><li><strong>Alkohol<\/strong><br>Man hat zwar das Gef\u00fchl, dass Alkohol entspannend wirkt, jedoch leidet die Schlafqualit\u00e4t im Anschluss darunter.<\/li><li><strong>Tag abschlie\u00dfen und niederschreiben<\/strong><br>Schreibe dir Gedanken auf die dich stressen bzw. Dinge die du am n\u00e4chsten Tag erledigen musst. Somit sind die Gedanken nicht mehr so pr\u00e4sent sondern niedergeschrieben. Dies hilft dir beim Abschalten.<\/li><li><strong>Essen<\/strong><br>Kein (schweres) Essen mindestens 2 Stunden vor dem zu Bett gehen. So entlastest du dein Verdauungssystem w\u00e4hrend der Schlafens.<\/li><li><strong>Lichtquellen<\/strong><br>Entferne s\u00e4mtliche Lichtquellen aus deinem Schlafzimmer und dunkle dein Schlafzimmer komplett ab. Entweder mit blickdichten Vorh\u00e4ngen oder wenn vorhanden mit Rollos.<\/li><li><strong>Relaxmusik<\/strong><br>Nutze Relaxmusik um zu entspannen. Hier gibt es unz\u00e4hlige M\u00f6glichkeiten. Suche dir einfach eine Musik die dich entspannen l\u00e4sst. <\/li><li><strong>Durchatmen<\/strong><br>Ruhiges Atmen entspannt.
