Zwischendurch ein schneller Snack und weiter geht es zum n\u00e4chsten Termin. Die Leistungs- und Gesundheitseinbu\u00dfen merkt man oft erst verz\u00f6gert. Planen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten so gut es geht im Voraus und nehmen Sie sich bewusst Zeit f\u00fcrs Essen, auch wenn der berufliche Alltag sehr stressig ist.<\/li><li><strong>Gesch\u00e4ftsessen<\/strong><br>Ein Gesch\u00e4ftsessen kann auch mal l\u00e4nger dauern und hier wird oft mehr gegessen als notwendig. Da Essen nat\u00fcrlich auch einen sehr gro\u00dfen sozialen Aspekt hat, ist es auch nachvollziehbar. Achten Sie jedoch auf gesundes Essen und lassen Sie deftige Speisen lieber auf der Speisekarte. Vor allem wenn Sie oft und regelm\u00e4\u00dfig bei Gesch\u00e4ftsessen sind. <\/li><li><strong>Alkohol<\/strong><br>Egal ob es ein Event oder ein ausgiebiges Gesch\u00e4ftsessen ist, Alkohol ist immer ein Thema. Je l\u00e4nger Veranstaltungen dauern, desto eher erh\u00f6ht sich der Alkoholkonsum. Durch die Studie wurde erhoben, dass 61 Prozent der Befragten 1-2 mal pro Woche Alkohol konsumieren. 24 Prozent trinken jedoch 4-5 mal pro Woche Alkohol. Allerdings hat sich der Prozentsatz die letzten 10-20 Jahre verringert. <br>Die Nachteile von zu regelm\u00e4\u00dfigem und hohem Alkoholkonsum muss man nicht erl\u00e4utern. Wichtig ist, dass man sich des eigenen Konsums bewusst ist und man Alkohol in Ma\u00dfen genie\u00dft. Gegen das bekannte Glas Rotwein am Abend gibt es wenig einzuwenden. Solange das Glas nicht zu Gl\u00e4sern wird. <\/li><li><strong>Trinken<\/strong><br>Wieviel trinken Sie pro Tag? Was trinken Sie? \u00dcberwiegend Wasser oder doch zuckerhaltige Getr\u00e4nke? Machen Sie sich einerseits bewusst, dass der menschliche Organismus zu 70-80 Prozent aus Wasser besteht und Sie Ihre Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit steigern k\u00f6nnen indem Sie reines Wasser trinken.
